What are mixed fitness activities?

It is simply combining more than one type of exercise into your routine. Cross-training can be any combination of activities, such as aerobic exercise, weight lifting, swimming, running, yoga, or cycling.

What is Mixfit workout?

Each class provides a high-energy, fun fitness atmosphere with a personal training touch. Sessions utilizes a mixture of unconventional tools like steel maces, steel clubs, kettlebells, sand bags, and more. Rounds are broken up by either cardio intervals, and/or non-weighted durability exercises for the whole body.

When was MixxedFit created?

Started with first flagship location in the Greater Seattle area in 2013. Since 2013, increased number of locations from 1 to over 1,500 locations.
